1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by Bánkuti 2004 Ltd. through its website.

By using the website or placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Scope of Services and Products

The Service Provider offers:

  • physical products,

  • digital products,

  • services (e.g. branding, customization),

  • custom-made products.

4. Ordering Process

Orders may be placed via:

  • webshop cart,

  • quotation request followed by confirmation.

An order becomes binding upon written confirmation by the Service Provider.

5. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed on the website are net prices, meaning they do not include value added tax (VAT).
The applicable VAT amount is displayed during the checkout process, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

Payment methods:

  • credit or debit card payment via the Stripe payment service provider,
  • bank transfer.

The Service Provider reserves the right to request an advance payment, especially in the case of custom-made or branded products.

If bank transfer is selected as the payment method, the Customer may complete the payment to one of the following bank accounts, depending on the selected currency:

The Customer is required to include the order number in the payment reference to ensure proper identification of the payment.

Payment card details provided during the card payment process are not handled or stored by the Service Provider; they are processed securely by Stripe’s payment system.

6. Fulfilment

  • Non-custom products are delivered according to the confirmed timeframe.

  • Custom or branded products are subject to individual production times.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers may withdraw within 14 days for non-custom physical products.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or branded products.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply once a service has begun.

8. Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. Final Provisions

Hungarian law shall apply.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
